WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty only covers walk in service during working hours. For delivery / pick up service, additional delivery charges apply and will be quoted to customer.
Warranty period varies according to product and is clearly stated in product description.
Warranty is void if customer does not use original consumables of each brand or the compatible consumables provided by Archer Copier.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that hasty decisions are made at times when it comes to shopping. Should you wish to cancel your pre-paid order before it is ready for delivery (within 1 hour once email confirmation of your order has been sent out), please contact us at https://www.archer.my/contact/ or call us at+60 37-8903680 (office hours). You will be refunded the paid amount less 4.5% processing fees via your payment mode within fourteen (14) working days, subject to the processing duration of the bank. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
We regret to inform that any cancellations after 1 hour once email confirmation of your order has been sent out, we will not be able to cancel your order as it’s already been dispatched for delivery. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. All cancellations are subject to an admin fee of $20.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns must be done within seven (7) calendar days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
1) Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
2) You received the wrong item in your package.
3) For products that are defective or damaged on arrival, please look at DEFECTIVE POLICY section below.

Returns and refunds for these products are not allowed:
– All products with a broken seal or opened packaging
– Products that are shown to be in working condition
– Subscription products
– Photocopier Products (Brand new, used, leasing)
– Event rental services and products

The return must adhere to and include:
1) Within seven (7) calendar days of self pickup / delivery
2) Possess a valid tax invoice
3) Free gifts, full accessories, vouchers and products in a bundle
4) Original packaging in good condition with no markings.
Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out. All products must be returned with reasonable care (such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging).
All refunds will be subjected to approval and will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Unopened and unmarked product(s) may be allowed for exchange within seven (07) days from the date of purchase. You may opt to choose another item and pay the price difference. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. For items which had enjoyed free delivery, the delivery value is fixed at $20.
In the event with no exchange in product, credit note may be offered and must be utilized within one (01) month. Extension of the expiry date is not permitted. Refund is subjected to approval and will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase (if credit card used, please bring along the same card & the amount must be credited back into the same credit card).

DEFECTIVE POLICY
If you found the goods to be faulty or defective, simply contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and we will determine if the product is faulty or defective and offer you one of the following options:
Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Archer’s expense. Our Customer Service Team will contact you with the replacement product delivery time, and the process to return the defective/faulty product.
Service: You may have the product repaired, however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
Product must be deemed faulty or defective by our team within seven (7) calendar days of delivery in order to receive a replacement unit. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
